What is AI SEO?
AI SEO, also called answer engine optimization, is the work of making a business clear and verifiable enough that AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews name it in their answers. It covers entity and schema markup, answer-shaped content, crawler access and third-party corroboration.
Why does AI search matter for a local business?
45% of US consumers used an AI tool to find a local business in the past year, up from 6% the year before (BrightLocal, 2026). Yet ChatGPT recommends only about 1.2% of local businesses (SOCi, 2026), and visitors from AI search convert about 4.4 times better than traditional organic search (Semrush). Most businesses are still paying for ads while their customers ask AI.

How is AI SEO different from regular SEO?
Traditional SEO competes for a page of links. AI search gives one answer that names a few businesses. To be named, your facts have to match everywhere, your pages have to answer real questions plainly, and your business has to be easy for a machine to verify. Most of the groundwork overlaps, so I do both.

Each month I run the questions your customers actually ask through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, and track whether you’re named, how you’re described and which competitors appear instead.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Whatever you already use where possible: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your CRM, calendar and phone system, plus assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot. The goal is less software, not more.
Is my client data safe?
Privacy is part of the plan from the first session. We decide together what each tool can see, choose business plans and settings that keep your data out of model training wherever the platform allows, and give your team simple rules for client information.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I build around the tools you already use and train your team in plain English. When something needs maintenance, I handle it.
